"The purpose of this Parish Council is to make recommendations
pertaining to all activities in and at Holy Family Cathedral, subject
to approval of the Rector except where limited by Church Law. The
Council shall maintain an advisory capacity to encourage the
spiritual life of the parish and aid the Rector concerning the
material need of the Parish."
